Over the years, when it comes to expectation setting, I've learned some really valuable lessons the hard way.
In my first business, I had zero boundaries in place when it came to my clients and there was no expectation of business hours or response times. Messages were coming at me from all different platforms. It was a total nightmare and I totally burnt out.
I said goodbye to a lot of those clients and started up again from scratch, with expectations and boundaries!
