The Patriots have a lot that they can teach entrepreneurs. Yes, I know some of you may not like them as a team or aren’t interested in football, or may think that it sounds crazy. But there’s something to be learned from a team that consistently wins and makes it to the end each and every season.
Sure, their strategy and Tom Brady’s talent have a lot to do with their success, but the one thing that no one is talking about is their consistency. I’m sure you’ve all heard me talk about the importance of being consistent, so let me remind you again: as an entrepreneur, consistency is one of the most influential strategies you can use. It requires the entire team to be dedicated to putting in the time and effort that is necessary on a daily basis to make it to the Super Bowl.
This is exactly what you need from yourself and your team. Everyone needs to know their role, their responsibilities, and what is expected from them so that they can go above and beyond every day. Just like the Patriots, it’s time for you to finally get consistent with your business so that you can see the same results that they get on a daily basis.
