I often get asked a lot about mindset. We recently did a poll in a few of the Facebook groups that I’m apart of, and we got back over 300 answers about what the biggest challenge was to grow a 6-figure business. Out of those people, 62% said that mindset was their biggest struggle was with their own mindset. Mindset was the biggest contributor to meeting and exceeding that mark. I know personally mindset has been a huge part of my journey over the past few years and I’ve been working on improving it. Regardless of where you are at in your business, bringing on a team or hiring more and more members can bring a whole new level of responsibility.
The mindset that you need to achieve your goals is a game changer, and I want to talk to you about some ninja tips that have helped me to reach my goals in the past. Each new level has a different set of challenges when it comes to your mindset and it requires you to let go of the self-limiting beliefs that are holding you back and that aren’t necessarily supporting your goals. Personally, I believe that you have to have a different version of your mindset entirely. I have some questions that I store at my desk to help keep me on track to my goals and thinking ahead.
One of the cards has three questions:
- Is this high vibe?
- Is this something that I love?
- Does this keep me in momentum?
These are all questions that help me to make sure that I am moving in the right direction with my business and staying in alignment with my goals. The other card that I keep at my desk says, “Is this something that someone who makes 70,000 a month would do?” because that is the next big milestone for my business. By keeping the card at my desk, I’m able to make sure that I’m in thinking in a mindset that is the same as someone who is where I want to be in business.
